Yes I am using SP3. No directions...!! I have tried installing under new device but it gives an error message saying that the usb2.inf does not contain enough information.- woody001

Operating system= Win2K Pro Mobo = Asus A7V333 has two on board USB2 ports + two USB1 ports. The two USB2 ports do not work. I downloaded a Win2K patch (4180278.cab) from Microsoft Update page but am unsure of where to place the files; hccoin.dll usb2.cat usb2.inf usbehci.sys usbhub20.sys...- woody001
