    I had the same problem sporadically. I ended up having to put the ip address of my exchange server into the hosts and lmhosts file to get this to go thru. Open up you lmhosts file in notepad and go to the bottom of the page. You will probably see 127.0.0.1. Just below it type "server ip address"...

    Using the current version of 8.0. I did disable the antivirus on both the server and client and it was still unable to browse.

    Recently added an Anti Virus software to a Win 2K server. After this happened, end-users were unable to browse files. Called the Anti-Virus company and they said it wasn't their software. Any suggestions?
