    Phaser 840 heater problem

    My phaser 840DP has just come up with an 15.004.45:87137 error. From searching the web it appears that the heater bulbs have blown. Does any one know where to get replacements, and has anyone got instructions as to how to disassemble the printer to change them. Thanks in advance
