Does anyone know how to get images, stored in a database, into my vb program?? I'm familiar with ADO, and have no problem with other data types but am stuck with pictures. I'm using access 2000 (jet 4.0) and pictures are stored as BMP's in an OLE field.

Is it possible to alter the recordsource of ta ADOCDC at runtime?? I've tried it (and to re-bind controls to it) but get an error.
I understand that this is becuace controls can only be bound at deisgn time. Is this true??

I'm sure its a very silly question (new to DB programming), but when trying to use recordset.addnew with an access 200 DB (Provider OLEDB.4.0) I get an error saying
'the operation requested by the application is not supported by the provider'.
Everything else workd fine, its just the addnew...
