Can u get to the exchange server, ping ?
Can u resolve it using DNS...
Sounds like network if all names fail on this PC but other PC's are ok.

First point of call I would say is look in AD at the security of the mailbox your are trying to access. You will probably find that only SELF has access to the mailbox.
As a test add yourself in the mailbox and ensure you have full rights to it.

At present none but if not fixable then we are due to move to SP1 after testing. This will probably fix but looking at present to fix without SP1.
also started getting 1030 and 1058 alerts in event log near enough they both started occuring at the same time just after a power cut at the site...
Has anyone seen an issue when using remote desktop onto a windows 2003 server. The session opens and prompts for username and password and then throws you off and closes the session.
The server event log then has the following information in it
Application Error Event ID 1000
