Hi. I'm having this problem as well. I went to the Data Access Downloads page on the Microsoft site to find out if I could download the service pack from there. It looks like there are many later versions of MDAC than 2.1 . Are you saying that you need 2.1 SP 1a for it to work or do you mean...- leathern
