We have a Win2K Professional machine connected to a Novell 4.2 server. A print server is running on the server with an HP Laserjet 6P configured on LPT1 of the server through a print queue. Whenever we print from the Win2K machine, we get a banner(a page showing user details and queue details)...

We have a solution for this problem. We tried this and it really works. Take a screw driver, shove it under the base of those two keys and pop them off...............When you don't have those keys, you would not tend to press them........ Hope this solves your problem.............
