we have bc11 sp 10 1 lim system.there are two mags at the system.sometimes we hear dtmf tones from the handsets of the opi II machines.these unnecessary tones can be heard while the operators both on hook and off hook positions . is there anyone who knows the possible reason and the...- umitkemal
