typing "http://www..." vs. "www..." problem in IE6
In the address bar, just type in the site you wish - without the http://www and without the .com. Then, hold the Ctrl key while hitting Enter. IE will automatically put the http://www prefix and the .com suffix to the site you typed. For example, if you type in tek-tips, then hit Ctrl Enter...- corespecialists
