Hi, hope someone can help here, BrightStor v9 patch 2, no consistent restores, been on the phone w/ CA tech support for 2 very long phone calls now.(this has been going on since v.6.61, two years now) And now I'm in a desparate situation. "ARX Error: Ekey not found"
This when trying to insert my XREF into a new template.....no way I can do anything with it. The dialogue box pops up and all I can do is click "OK" and then it pops up another "hundred" times and only a portion of the XREF shows up after I hit esc key many, many...- vgstudio
