I had the problem as well on my NT4 Exchange 5.5 box. After muddling through TechNet, I uninstalled RAS, reinstalled RAS, and applied SP6. No luck with this. Then I came upon this thread via a Google search (I love Google). I uninstalled Hot fix 823803 and I am back up. I did a Windows...- wgrever
