    Hi SueSp, Look in System Properties/Advanced/Settings/Data Execution Prevention. Try either: (1) Clicking "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only" OR (2) Clicking "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select" and add "Crystalras.exe
