    Missing processor information

    I have a user at our company with a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V8210 laptop. When checking My Computer/System Properties/General tab the processor information is missing, all that is displayed is the RAM information. Does anyone know what the cause and fix for this is? Thanks in advance.
