Hi all, we have Two MX-ONE 5.0 SP3 servers, are loaded ESXI - VMware and another one in ASU for both a server i configure the SNMP target to the monitoring server i am getting the snmp trap from ASU server with alarm data but in the Esxi Vmware hosted MX-one sending the trap without values...- ganesh6868

Hi I am also having this same problem it’s not tally from the actual calls received by the agent. We manually noted how many calls that the agent received on specific period of time but the generated report from eCare will either show less or more calls than the actual calls agent received...- ganesh6868
