How to send an email to a contact list in excel
It is easy to create a distrbution list from email addresses in Excel for Outlook 2003 (it may work with other versions of Outlook as well). In Excel, make sure the person's name and email address are in consecutive cells like this: Name Email Joe Schmoe jschmoe@ schmoeco.com...- HomerC

Outlook 2003 - Junk Mail Option to Permanently Delete
We use: Outlook 2003 on XP Sp3 One of our users had set his junk mail to permanently delete junk emails that come it. This is found on the main menu under: Actions / Junk Mail / Junk E-Mail Options / Permanently deleted suspected junk e-mail insetad of moving it to the June E-Mail Folder...- HomerC
