Sorry get wrong your question Callback works this way - you call to some extension - it is already talking - you press keys you choosen in FEA (disp FEA) and hang the phone when extension becomes free it rings you back Hope this is better Bobby- Bobbyone

Do not know if this will help you - CHAnge FEAture-acces-codes there is menu AUTOMATIC CALLBACK ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION - just fill values you wish to use this feature- Bobbyone
