Nothing on hyperterminal during the boot process

Specific Call disconnection
Anybody knows, how can I disconnect an specifc call on a Cisco 5300 or 5350 ( T1 lines ). I just want to disconnect one call and the other should not affected. Also, how can I reset a channel ?
