    Avaya CMS Login Identification bulk import

    It is possible to do a bulk import of Login IDs into CMS? We are having a high on-boarding for Agents, we are updating/adding around 80 Agents per day. I would like to rush this process with a script or something that help us to save time.

    Thank you All, After upgrade the firmware to 36.8.0 no more issues has been reported. Both MGs remains stable and with no Errors/Alarms on them. Seems like this issue was resolved by the upgrade. Thanks.

    Our vendor recommended to upgrade the firmware to the version 36.8.0. I updated the firmware yesterday night and I'm monitoring the MGs. As per the Network Team no issues were found in their side.

    Thank You Kyle. That helped me to understand what is the issue here, they have the Recovery Rule Set to Migrate H.248 MG to primary: immediately So they are dropping calls each time that there is a Flapp and then the Network is stable for more than 3 mins. Thanks Again.

    Network Regions are correctly setup. NICE is recording through a Virtual extensions in the CM registered in the Avaya AES Server. This configuration was working OK, last week the issues started. Thanks in Advance.
