    Update started but not installed

    In SMS 2003 I have a office security update who is not in 'software updates' therefore i try to install it via a package. And the client started the program update (office2003-KB905648-FullFile-DAN.exe)but it do not finish the installation. Is there af command line i must use or what could be wrong?
