Operator procedures documented?
Does anyone have a set/outline/template from which I could write up a set of backup procedures for our operators? The help screens within Arcserve are nice, but don't help when it comes to formal documentation. Even something along the lines of best practices would help to work from...- richlingm

Week 5 backup
Are the weekly backups on Friday supposed to line up with the first Friday of each month - Week 1, second Friday of each month - Week 2 .... and if there is no 5th Friday, you leave that tape out of the rotation? or Do you just keep rolling from Week 1 thru to Week 5 and than start again with...- richlingm
