You may find that it appears not to work when you type in the URL of the mail server mail.mydomain.com but does work if you use the private IP of the mail server in the DMZ. Set up site to site VPN with NAT
With one end of the VPN likely dynamically IPed you will at very least need to run the VPN in aggressive mode. With the double NAT at the remote site and your TZ100 WAN not public, your best chance is to run manual "Manual Key" I have done this in similar situations and it works quite well.- SonicsRule

Sounds like you have the Servers on public IP's outside the Sonicwall and plugged directly into the Switch. That being the case the Sonicwall WAN might be ARP'ing for their traffic.
