RG 59 Causing Comcast Outage over Numerous City Blocks?

Delay sending The Digits #111 From Trunk Port
I am connecting a Trunk Port from the IP Office to a Valcom Multipath System. The trunk port is programmed to send #111 when a code is dialed. It works but there is a 6 second delay before the digits are sent, and I would like to elimanate that delay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.- dijohnson
