WHAT IS THE BEST SKILLSET FOR A PROJECT MANAGER TO HAVE?
A project is defined (in contrast to business as usual) as a temporary structure. PMs need to work well within 'arcs' of work - initiation, planning, monitoring, closing. Have you tried creating basic templates for the team to use? With regards to checking the documents that are actually produced - set them an accuracy target, and get a member of the team to check a proportion of the documents daily for errors.
