Is there a wpreinst.sh? That's what you should run.
Create a directory on your redhat machine like /usr/local/shadow
cd into that directory
and run wpreinst.sh
HTH.
There are several solutions but don't know what your budget is so I don't how affordable they are that you may want to check out. Give them a look if you haven't.
