I have a fleet of 13 VPN Router (Contivity) 1010 devices running version 4.85 of the software. I'm interested in upgrading the software, but cannot find it for download on the Nortel site. Do these downloads require a support contract?

Is there any kind of resource I could use as a reference for these things anyways? It was set up by a third party, and it's essentially a black box, which is never good. I haven't found the Nortel site to be particularly helpful although it has been getting better lately.
We've got a CallPilot server installed as part of our CSE 1000 set up. I noticed several months ago that the front status display on this unit simply displays three question marks "???".
The server seems to be functioning properly, but I just want to be sure that this status display isn't...
