Im running Exchange 5.5 Server Sp4, with the IMC installed. I just started having problems with users sending e-mail to one specific domain. Have'nt been exactly flooded with them. However i am getting roughly 40 failed authentication attempts per hour. Each failed login (4183) is trying to use the \test account. Never any other account. Hi Everyone, I followed James instructions and found that the attack had used a TEST account that i had created a while back. Since the account was no longer needed i deleted it and that stopped submission of new messages into my queue. This account did have a strong password. The problem that...- cmolnar
