Since Cisco phones do not utilize agent id's to login into ACD queues or hunt groups. How does Nice track the agents login info to attach CTI info? We use Genesys T-Sever for call routing.
Has anyone had any expierence with integrating T-Server to CM using JTAPI. We have created an application user and end user and can log int CM JTAPI Test phone with both accounts. Genesys T-Server unable to log inot CM using either account. Genesys T-Server error
ERROR - Can?t connect to Cisco...
We have 12 NPX's connected to BCM400. We are getting Interactions that are split into Interactions. Meanint the same call could contain 4 Interactions with separate Interaction ID's. We do not use CTI only on\off hook. Nice saying NPX recieving notification to stop/start recording.
