checked with reseller, they cant find what the issue is.
already restarted the IPOffice switch, POE switch and the VMPro service and the server which is running the VMPro.
it starts working and then after a while sporadic DTMF issues start again.
IPOffice Voicemail PRO when pressing the Message button on Avaya 9608 ip phone and when voicemail answers and asks to enter extension number and password. I try to enter the extension number but the system does not recognize.
