    Sanjai, I have a copy of The Genesys 6.5 T Server Guide for Aspect Contact Server and application bridge in PDF. I can tell you from experience that documentation from Genesys is hard to come by. Do you have an FTP Site I can put it on, or an email adress I will send it to you.

    Aspect 3.0.4 runs at startup

    Murray720, I had this problem with Winset in that version as well. Even after working with Aspect we were unable to resolve it. But I know the issue is fixed in Winset version 3.1 It might be worth checking if they will send up the update program. bns1970
