I have a copy of The Genesys 6.5 T Server Guide for Aspect Contact Server and application bridge in PDF. I can tell you from experience that documentation from Genesys is hard to come by.

I had this problem with Winset in that version as well. Even after working with Aspect we were unable to resolve it. But I know the issue is fixed in Winset version 3.1
It might be worth checking if they will send up the update program.

Currently we have 2 ACD's that are connected via an Interflow Trunk Group, using 4 Digit DNIS.
The call flow is as follows:
Caller calls ACD1 which Interflows to ACD2, agent answers and entitles the call for support, The Agent needs to transfer the call back to a CCT on ACD1.
