We recently upgraded to Quark 6.5 and have run into an issue where when we highlight text and copy it. The text will not un-highlight until we paste the selection into its original area. Is this a bug or is there a preference in Quark that needs to be set differently

I believe you are correct in that it is with the connection to the server. We migrated to a new server when this started to happen. I reinstalled Dreamweaver and we now link to and open the sites without issue.

We run Dreamweaver MX 6.1 on an OS 9 mac. Whenever we connect to our web server to open the site through the drop down menu, dreamweaver will crash.However if we open it similiar to creating a new site and type in the correct name and path the site will open fine.Could this be some type of...

I did mean that we were experiencing the missing text when taking a 4.11 file and trying to open it in Quark 6.0 or 6.1. I will try the thumbnail drag and also the suggestion of copying to TextEdit. Thanks for the feedback

emkemner, It is not a margin issue, we get this with 9x12 files or other various sized files that will create an 81/2 x 11 PDF.

Disabled Suitcase X1 and it appears to have solved the issue, however why do the pdf files not size correctly. For example a 9x12 Quark file created an 81/2 by 11 PDF file even when we select custom as the paper size.

We have experienced missing text when opening Quark 4.1 files that have been edited and saved with Quark 6.1. The fonts appear to be OK and the text boxes show an icon that text exists. We tried replacing fonts, saving as a Quark 5 file to no avail. Has anyone experienced this problem,and found...
