    Yes, you can configure the media set to not overwrite until a specify period of time (hours/days/months/year). Create a new 'media set' under 'MEDIA' tab'. Then when you're creating your job - under 'Destination: Device and Media', select your media set.

    I'm trying to figure this out for a while. I'm trying to create an incremental job that runs Monday-Friday at a specify time. The problem is that it will only successfully run once (say Monday).
