    Choppy grahics

    When I use graphics in Quark, they print choppy unless I create them in illustrator at about 800% the needed size and then shrink in Quark. Even then, they still are not crisp. Does this have anything to do with postscript?

    When I move a document from Word or Illustrator into PDF, the graphics come over choppy. I taking away the compression and I still have this problem. ANy suggestions?
