Exchange cross forest migration - 2003 to 2010
I'm trying to pull some mailboxes from our sister company's Ex2003 server to our Ex2010 system. Installing service packs
No you do not need to install the previous SPs before installing SP3. It will take a while to complete the install of SP3 as it will include the DB schema update from SP1 (assuming you haven't got this installed already).
