    The following seemed to improve matters: For Horizontal alignment: Forced Justified Left: 10mm Right: 4mm First:-6mm Spacing Before and After were 0pt and Line was set to 110%. Not quite perfect but better than before! Thanks

    Hi Andy Thanks for the quick response. When I open the paragraph tab, the horizontal alignment is to the left, the indentation is Left 7.5mm, Right 0mm and First is -7.5mm.
