I have recently connected PRA on a Client's CX II Controller, and some outgoing calls fail with a message" IC FAIL". This did not happen while the Client was using analogue lines, i am stuck with this problem.
I have this problem that i experience when logging onto the mitel platform. This happens if i log on a platform of release 5 upwards and then log on lower versions, i will be able access the platform but can't do anything on it. i don't know how to solve this, any with the same experience help.
