Hi, One of our guys in my office exported his addresses and it was saved with an rtf extention, now i am trying to import his contacts and it won't let me. I am using outlook 2003. I know cvs get imported easliy, i am confused about this rtf extention. Please help, he is waiting on me.

i am not into fibre, so i do not know much about it. Does the connectors etc and the media converter cost a lot? I am also wondering, would I have to buy a fibre switch to compensate/performence load? What are the other expenses related to fibre????
