I found the bin file and have it loaded on a linear flash card. When you say loaded to an R6 and then applied to the voicemail, is there a separate step after the R6 stops flashing red - green to apply the patch to the voicemail?

Hi, The processor is on the bench (direct ac plug in-no carrier)with no PC Cards and the Power supply has been verified good. I didn't know if maybe this was common fault solved by a patch or something similar. Thanks for taking the time to respond, any other ideas would be appreciated.
