UAC prevents explorer.exe from running on startup
After running AVG Tune up (coincidence?) unable to get to Win7 desktop. "Explorer.exe Application Error. Right-click stopped working

Right click context menu functionality completely stopped working. No response at all regardless of what I right-click on. Lately when I’ve tried to attach a file to an email, it takes an unusually long time for the attachment to complete. I use the paperclip icon on the toolbar. Browse to select the file.
