I was working on sockets 'n stuff when I came across a common issue, how do I talk to a peer not on my network or even not in my ISP? Basicaly I'm just wondering how to contact someone that is under a proxy but I still know there underlying IP? If someone could help that'd be great. TIA, Inferno

Yeah, I tried that but I don't exactly get where it's printing the special headers and stuff. I did a look at it to the best of my ability, maybe someone else could look at it and tell me what the headers are or something. I'd be very gratefull, Inferno

try http://my.bzflag.org/irc/irc.cgi, it works on IE and NN, and seems like it is using server push, I can't seem to get how it works. Someone out there could look into the code: CGI:IRC or something.
