    Thanks... Yes you are correct Private VLans would work.. however they are not supported on either the 2900xl or the 3500xl which are the only switches I have....

    without being able to communicate with other hosts in the same subnet. I found a solution in: thread902-975231 for a baystack switch that works great (I also have a baystack switch) but I need to do the same thing on a 2900xl and a pair of 3500xl's. Thanks.

    Hi all, Am trying to configure SLB on a 180e with OS v 10.0.33.0 We've set the the URL health checking to an ASP page and it appears to be working except that if the default.asp page stops responding (ie. in testing we just rename the file on the IIS server so that it no longer exists) it...
