Thanks for your reply, however we need these users to send/receive mail to all in the Global Address List only, but not be able to send/receive mail from anyone outside the Global Address List.
I have been requested to set up certain users so that they can only send and receive mails to mailboxes in the Global Address List. Can this be done and if so how.

Grateful on advice on how to hide all systray icons on our terminal services 2000 clients, can hide on the server itself but they still show on the clients, running 2000 Terminal Server on an NT4 domain.
