One Year prior to Education Date Earned
I am creating a college hire report where I need to identify all new hires that graducated from college within a year of their hire date. Do you have a suggestion on how to approach this? Latest date of Hire - Hire or Rehire?
I need to add a column to my columnar report that shows an employees' latest date of hire. If they only have a hire date and no rehire date, the hire date should be in that field. If they have a rehire date and a hire date the most recent date should appear in the field. Right now I have both...- MCwriter
