I have a phantom dn set to forward offsite, dcfw 16 91800xxxxxxx, and cls has cfxa and fna but the call will not go off switch. I programmed it as an ACD queue with ncfw to 91800xxxxxxx and it works fine. Any ideas why this will not forward using the phantom dn? Thanks.
Our Call Accounting application is down, and the buffer box is at 80%, is there a way to pull the data and store it on a computer until the application is back up and working?
