to copy a structure to another structure
These strctures have pointers in them, so they require deep copy. like following for ( i = 0 ; i < n ; i++ ) { newCar[i].name = string_dup (car[i].name); newCar[i].year = car[i].year; } thanks. -
Problems reading binary files
First of all feof with binary files will not work. for binary files u have to get the length and then loop until u read those many bytes. like ulong file_len = length of file pointed by fin while (i < file_len) { read from file fin; } -
Stack frame of a function
Hi suppose i have a following program. void f () { int a; { int a; } } int main () { return 0; } Now my question is, where the two variables int a, from where memory is given to them. second i would like to see the stack view for the same. how can i see it?
