covered call not going to voice mail
Calls to 564 will not go to voice mail at 525, because 525 was not the number dialed. They will fall back and go to voice mail at 564.- vsduser

val board locking up
Our val board locked up last week. I read the tips here and have gone into Val manager to delete the announcements I had deleted in the PBX. Did another backup and hope that will work. Our board is FW009. Should I be replacing it? Is that older than fw17 and fw18 mentioned here?- vsduser
