When I work in a cmd.exe/DOS-box the mouse will not react in one program (a music-editor called SCORE).
You do see the mouse-arrow though, but it does not react to it.

No, it must have to do with Pascal, because in the same DOS-box program-A does not lead to an exit, while program-B does. Program-A and program-B are very similar, and they are both used in the same DOS-box. The DOS-box cannot be the problem.
