The "cauexpr -a" command backs up everything but calanders and stations. This will output a file cauexpr.txt in the present working directory (no option to change that !). This file can then be used as :
cautil -f cauexpr.txt
If your are using pre NSM 3.0 you may need to swap about...

Both "oprdb script db" and "oprdb script caopr.dsb" will work but there is a subtle difference. The first will give you the message records & actions you would see in the GUI, that means they will only match the real DSB if an opreload was done after the last change...
