Site shut mailing ok, but not receiving any mail...
I have a site that was previously and for a long time been used by crackers to send spam. That problem has since been solved. However, we still cannot receive any mail. Receive, not send. This is a government site, by the way. We have now a clear reputation and are able to send any mail...- vrrivaro
