I have a query (qryHTMLOutput) that I need to pre-set a criteria on a single item (Phone1). I have a button and when I click that button, I want it to set the criteria based on what's on the form (i.e. me.phone1)
I can't seem to figure out how to do this.
I have tried this: but I think it only...
Good Day all!
I have an access database we've been using for a few years now. I have a form that pulls data directly from the client info table. One of the pieces of info is the client's phone number.
I would like it if I can make the phone numbers clickable with the "tel:" hyperlink tag.
Is...
So for anyone else whom might be having the issue, I discovered this:
The problem was unknownJoe@tomwhatever.com would send an email to my server, to an unknown address.. say roger@noonehere.com. They would specify the "reply-to" then to go to the actual spam target. So my server would...
Thank you for the reply. I am trying to learn how to generate tracking reports. In the meantime, I did find that spam seems to be coming from email address <> (blank)
Example: 2015-01-24T15:22:54.522Z,Outbound,08D2059320C485A5,33,192.168.1.100:7104,xx.xx.xx.xx,>,MAIL FROM:<> SIZE=18173,

Exchange 2007 Server is sending spam. I have tried to isolate where the issue is, but cannot figure it out.
Small personal exchange 2007 server with just 4 users on it. Sends/Recieves email for 2 domains.
Xeams for spam filtering, and my VPS for outbound mail.
So mail flow looks as such...
I have tried and tried different things, but my if compare statement isn't working. I want to take the second character entered, then via an IF statement say "If Operator = "X" then set caseSelect to "1""
But it keeps jumping to the else. When I run it, it shows that it is a correct string...
Yep - I got it. I think there was some lag in posting, my comment I wrote before yours was there (but I didn't complete it for a few minutes). I think I understand the process and will give it a try shortly. :)
I will also try and do things the way you suggest. Users (myself) only access the...
Good information all understood and obviously part of my problem. Recommendations other than lookup fields to create dropdown options that are easy to update (i.e. add additional fields by non-programmers when needed) that store the actual data in the field?
Also - any fix for this? I was...
I am trying to run a query in which ColA + ColB = ColC
ColA has a specified value (I.e. any number)
ColB (the problem) is from a dropdown list which is pulled from another table (TripCharge).
Info for the table (TripCharge). 2 Colums
PriKey | Value
0 $0
1 $10
2 $20...
I have 4 email accounts in outlook. 3 of them are POP, one is IMAP.
Each has it's own separate PST File to keep things organized.
Is there a way, similar to in "Mac Mail", where you can have all unread messages from all the mail boxes appear in one location?
Thanks!
kjv1611, you suppose a lot of things. =)
I suppose I had better build a nuclear bomb shelter for my system as well... and have an isolated ventilation system. Just in case someone uses a corrosively chemical weapon that eats away the hard drive!
And let us not forget the risk of an EMP bomb...
Thanks guys. I really do appreciate the site, I think it's the best resource on the net for information.
I simply wanted to know what the most efficient way of resolving an issue of an infected machine given time and effectiveness, and haven't yet got an answer on that. Instead, I got a bunch...
(P.P.S -- I don't see an Edit or I would of added onto the previous post. The machine I use to scan customers computers is a work-laptop. So if I WERE to lose everything, it'd really be no big deal. I'd simply slap on windows again and be good to go. Everything of value is stored in the desktop...
Alright alright.
For the record, I use Acronis, and have it automated so that it backups my entire PC twice weekly. So, if we assumed a worst case scenario that somehow an inert file that was scanned was able to pass itself to my system, get PAST my security software, THEN embed itself so...
