That is a physical layer problem and I'm guessing that the pattern that produced the errors was all 1 or 0 or some other stress test pattern. This problem isusually associated with repeaters and there are repeaters in radio link.

Sorry Chris but total bandwidth for BRI is 192Kbps with 48Kbps for framing and sync. This is sometimes a question on CCNA test.
For PRI North America there is 8Kbps framing and European E1 framing is 64kbps.

You are looking at a complex issue. Rates are dependent on time of day, cities, (if the country is large), mobile termination or landline, PTT or competitive carrier(s).

Routersim 3.1 from www.routersim.com, was recommended to me, I have been using it for my CCNA. For my money it is worth the price $239.00. You get 5 x 2500, 1 x 2600, 6 x 1900 and 8 x hosts to configure anyway you wish.
